Illinois Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports
IFTA recently challenged State Government Officials to report the truth behind the so called "Balanced Budget". Letters were sent to state legislators and other elected officials, including the Governor, Treasurer, Comptroller, and Auditor General, regarding their concern for the budgeting practices of the State of Illinois.
