New Financial State of the States report out for Kentucky, Minnesota and New York

Truth in Accounting on April 16 released new analyses of the fiscal health of Kentucky, Minnesota and New York as part of its 2017 Financial State of the States report.

Kentucky and New York both earned "F" grades for their financial health because they had a Taxpayer Burden of -$39,200 and -$21,500, respectively. Minnesota fared better with a Taxpayer Burden of -$4,700, which earned the state a "C" grade.
