ULCC PAC State and Local Governments Subcommittee met on Monday, Feb. 10 for a discussion with Ryan Tolley from CHANGE Illinois. 

Amid a year-long federal investigation, ethics reforms have been at the forefront of political discourse at every level of government in Illinois. Strengthening ethical behavior in government requires both a culture shift and changes to regulations. The FBI investigation, along with an upcoming Illinois Senate President election, have provided room for a new culture to take shape in Springfield, but what reforms should lawmakers be considering?
