In this month's Lab, we will discuss the organization behind the figurative curtain of municipal finances: GASB, or the Governmental Accounting Standards Board. We’ll answer questions like: How are the standards by which we measure the fiscal health of our cities set? What can we do to change standards that influence the way we view infrastructure? Joe will be joined by special guests, Shelia Weinberg, Charles Marohn, and Scott Bernstein.
